About David & Brenda

The collage includes several cell phone and behind the scenes images. The only professional shot is the one of Brenda, wife of 30+ years and photo editor, on the first row with the blue sky and clouds.

My photography journey began in 1982 while still in high school. As a teenager, I was fortunate to be able to get paid to photograph high school sports by the local newspaper, attend a journalism summer session at UNC Chapel Hill and get paid to assist an editorial and stock photographer. In the 1980’s, I shot on both 35mm and medium format film cameras.

Brenda and I met in 1988 and were married in 1989. We started working in photography together in the late 1980’s. Brenda has edited thousands of my images and works full time in the business with me.

Our two daughters, Megan and Brittney, are out of college and out of the house which leaves us with our two dogs, Trigger ( Golden ) and Abbey ( English Golden ), pictured in the collage.

I’ve been fortunate to work with several Fortune 500 companies and have shot in Los Angeles, Chicago, Las Vegas, Miami, Quebec City Canada and many other locations. I’ve lost track of all the airports that I’ve flown in and out of especially with all the connecting flights.
